From a historical palace to a Grand Hotel with a worldwide reputation

The Grand Hotel Hof Ragaz consists of the listed Palais building and the newer Hof Ragaz and bears testimony to Bad Ragaz developing into a spa town with worldwide renown. It was here that the Ragazer thermal water from the newly built water pipes first bubbled to the surface in 1840.

A stylish, traditional atmosphere awaits you, in keeping with the hotel’s rich history and following meticulous, extensive restoration work which was concluded in April 2009.  The rooms and suites have been lovingly designed, and provide a cosy atmosphere as well as stunning views from the balconies. In the listed Palais building dating back to the 18th century we offer rooms and suites without balconies but decorated in royal historical elegance and individual charm.
