Our five-star hotel, which is an intrinsic part of the history of Evian and the famous Cachat spring, has, since it was built in 1905, been host to world leaders. Guests from all around the world have stayed at this prestige hotel, including Edward VII of England who, despite being unable to stay at the hotel, did give his name to the establishment.
Member of the prestigious family of the The Leading Hotels of the World, the Hôtel Royal was recently the scene of an historic projectlasting several months that have restored it to the splendour it deserves. We entrusted this mission to interior designer François Champsaur and to head architect of historic monuments François Châtillon. Thanks both to them and the efforts of many craftspeople specialised in preserving History and heritage, we endeavoured to refurbish the Hôtel Royal taking the utmost care to retain its identity.

The four-star Ermitage hotel, with a history stretching back to the early 20th century, is set in parkland at the foot of the Alps and enjoys fresh, clean outdoor air. From the earliest days, great families like the Schlumbergers and the Singers have lived on Les Mateirons, a plateau above Evian. Over the years, the hotel has lost none of its old-world charm whilst stepping into the modern era; it was refurbished throughout in 2010 by Paris interior designer, Patrick RIBES.
Its location and close connection to nature and water make caring for the environment a natural choice for the Hôtel Ermitage. Since 2012, it has seen its efforts reward by being awarded the Earth Check label, an ecological certification programme for tourism and travel.

Le Manoir du Golf has always been a family home and now offers newly refurbished rooms on the first and second floors. They bear names such as ‘Birdie’, ‘Green’, ‘Swing’ etc. that instantly conjure up the world of golf, invitations in themselves to walk the greens of the Evian Masters course.
Le Manoir du Golf is not an hotel but you may use all Evian Resort’s facilities (depending on terms and conditions):
