Itinerary

Day 1

Rio - Arrival - Free Day – Overnight

Arrival at the International airport of Rio de Janeiro.
Our specialized guide (English speaking) will meet you and transfer you to the hotel of your choice.
We advise to take the rest of the day to rest and at night to have dinner at the famous Mariu’s Restaurant at Leme beach (not included).

Day 2
Rio - Breakfast - Cable car to Sugar Loaf Mountain – Overnight

Our guide will take to the Sugar Loaf Mountain, to watch the city from another point of view.

The Sugarloaf cable car in Rio de Janeiro is one of the world's best-known attractions, has received over 37 million visitors since its opening in 1912. The ride is divided into two stages, 3 minutes each.
The first stage goes from Praia Vermelha (Red Beach) to Morro da Urca (Urca Hill), which is 220 meters high.
The second stage goes from Morro da Urca to the Sugarloaf Mountain, at an altitude of 528 meters.
All over the way, you will enjoy the 360-degree views of Rio beaches – Flamengo, Botafogo, Leme, Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon – the Corcovado, Guanabara Bay, downtown Rio, the Santos Dumont Airport, the Rio-Niterói Bridge and Dedo de Deus (God's Finger).

At night, we suggest you to go to a Brazilian dance show, where you will enjoy a little piece of our carnival (not included).

Day 3

Rio - Breakfast - Train to Corcovado Mountain (Half day tour) – Overnight

Breakfast at hotel.
Our guide will meet you at the hotel for a half day city tour.

Tour to one of the new wonders at the world, Christ The Redeemer, located at the Corcovado mountain.
You will get there by the cog train, passing through the Tijuca Forest, the biggest urban forest in the world with (33km2), with the breathtaking views of one of the world's most beautiful cities on the way.

In the afternoon, you have the option to make other excursions that our guide will be glad to inform you about. (Not Included)
At night we suggest to go to the fancy and cool restaurants at the lagoon area, Ipanema and Leblon, there you can choose different kinds of music and food, and enjoy a beautiful summer night. (Not Included)

Day 4

Rio - Breakfast – Free Day – Over Night.

You can ask our guide about other tours (Botanical garden, Santa Teresa and Lapa visit, Guanabara Bay boat trip, tour to the Imperial city Petropolis etc). (Not Included)

Day 5

Breakfast – Flight to Iguassu Falls (01 Hour 50 Minutes) – Overnight.

Breakfast at hotel.
Our guide will take you to the airport and assist you during your check in. Flight to Iguassu Falls.
Arrival at the Iguaçu Falls, our guide will meet you at the airport and take you to the chosen hotel.
At night we suggest a dinner with a folkloric show at Rafain restaurant (not included).

Day 6

Iguassu Falls – Breakfast - tour at the Iguaçu Falls (Brazilian side). - Visit the Birds’ park – Overnight.

Breakfast at hotel.
Our guide will take you for an incredible tour at the Iguaçu Falls (Brazilian side).
There if you are interested you can take a boat ride to the waterfalls called Macuco safari (not included).
After the waterfalls, you will visit the Birds’ park where you will be able to observe the most beautiful and rare birds at the south hemisphere.
Overnight.

Day 7

Breakfast – Flight to Manaus (7 Hours). - visit the Monkey forest - Dinner and evening tour by canoe.

Breakfast at hotel.
Transfer out to the airport and flight to Manaus.
Arrival at Manaus and a transfer to the Amazon Ecopark Jungle Lodge with the local English speaking guide (regular service).
Reception at the lodge with a local juices.
After some rest, you will visit the Monkey forest.
Dinner and evening tour by canoe with opportunity for Alligator Spotting.
Overnight.

Day 8

Manaus - Breakfast - Nature Hike - Lunch - visit to the home of local Amazonian residents - piranha fishing tour – Dinner – Overnight.

After a short rest, visit to the home of local Amazonian residents and a piranha fishing tour afterwards.

Day 9

Breakfast – Flight back to Rio – Transfer by car to Buzios (2 Hours 30 Minutes) – Tour to the peninsula of Búzios – Overnight.
Breakfast at Hotel.
Check-out and departure to the airport of Manaus with the local guide (regular service).
Arrival to the airport and flight to Rio de Janeiro.
Arrival at the airport of Rio de Janeiro and transfer to Búzios (driver only).

Búzios is located 169 km from Rio de Janeiro, a pleasant trip will take you to the peninsula of Búzios with more than 20 magnificent beaches and crystal-clear water contrast with the exuberantly sculptured landscape and exotic vegetation, which a prodigal "Mother Nature" has privileged with a wonderful year-round summer.

Buzios - Days at leisure.

If you wish to make some trip and to visit another paradise, we recommend you to make a tour to the Arraial do Cabo, it’s a small town with plenty of beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters and some of the best diving in Brazil. The dive legend J Y Costeau once rated it as top three in Brazil.

It is the clear waters full of marine life that is the main reason, you also have plenty of wrecks and some caves.
You may as well try a 3-4 hours boat trip when you visit some of the fantastic beaches, go to a big cave with intensive blue water, as well as having a good seafood in some restaurants there. (Not Included)

Manaus

Manaus is the Amazon’s largest city, an incongruous pocket of urbanity in the middle of the jungle, a major port for ocean vessels that’s 1500km from the ocean. The rainforest has a population density half that of Mongolia’s, but the journey there invariably begins in (or passes through) this bustling city. Don’t be surprised if you feel a little out of whack.

The city itself has some genuinely rewarding sights, including a leafy zoo with as many animals out of the cages as in them, and a beach-and-museum combo that gets you out of the city center. It’s a place to stock up on anything you forgot to pack, or to refill your tank with beer and internet after a week in the forest. Manaus will be a host city for the 2014 FIFA World Cup, and the city is bustling with construction and improvement projects..

Manaus is where most Amazon tour operators are based; plenty are honest professionals, ranging from budget to upscale, but the city is also full of scammers. Be smart and avoid touts like the plague: the tours they sell are miserable, occasionally dangerous, and cheaper only because they cut corners on basics like food and transport.

Iguassu Falls

The exquisite Iguazu Falls are also known as the Iguassu Falls and the Iguaçu Falls. The magnificent spectacle of these 275 individual drops has awed tourists, locals and indigenous inhabitants for centuries. They originate from the Iguazu River and are located on the border of Brazil (in the state of Paraná) and Argentina. In fact, the Iguazu Falls are what divides the river of the same name into its upper and lower portions, a fact that has given rise to several myths and legends as to their origin. This river forms the boundary between Brazil and Argentina, making it a significant part of the political and geographical structure of the continent of South America.

The name of the falls originates from the Tupi or Guarani language, and means “big water”. While the ancient Brazilian tribes knew of its thunderous beauty, it was only officially ‘discovered’ in 1541, when the European explorer, the Spanish Conquistador Álvar Núñez Cabeza de Vaca, came across its awe-inspiring beauty. Today, the Iguazu Falls are owned by the two UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the Iguazú National Park in Argentina and the Iguaçu National Park in Brazil.

Rio de Janeiro

The bustling city of Rio de Janeiro has been one of Brazil’s most popular and frequented tourist destinations for decades. Its vibrant city centre is bursting with culture and pulsating with a deep sense of history and heritage. Rio, as it is commonly known, is the second largest city in Brazil and the third largest metropolis in the whole of South America. It is the most visited city in the Southern Hemisphere, which is no mean feat. This makes for an impressive, memorable attraction for visitors from all over the world.
